Heritage

Heritage and traditional construction runs through our blood. We have a wealth of experience in and passion for working on listed buildings, non-designated heritage assets and historic structures; indeed, we operate from a 14th century G2 Herefordshire farm.

We have the expertise to protect and conserve your heritage property, as well as to make it comfortable and practical for modern living without sacrificing historic fabric.

Whether you are looking to sympathetically repair a neglected listed building, sensitively extend or convert, improve thermal performance or simply undo prior mistakes a traditional structure, we can guide you through the process, working with statutory authorities to agree an appropriate scheme which meets everyone's requirements.

We are corporate supporters of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings and follow SPAB conservation principles. Where new works are planned, we will carefully consider how to protect the character and fabric of the building, whether listed or not, and use the most appropriate materials to the structure in any works, retaining irreplaceable original fabric wherever possible.
