Building surveying services include condition reports for purchasers, damp and mould investigations and thermal upgrade reports. 25 years of hands-on construction and building design give us great insight into the source of problems.

Measured building surveys are carried out using Trimble laser scanning equipment which we process into full 3D BIM models for architects and FMs.

Topographic and land surveys are undertaken using our Trimble R12i GNSS rover and S7 robotic total station. We can process third party architectural plans for use in setting out for other contractors and developers, 

We undertake surveys for estate agents and produce accurate Land Registry standard plans for property sales and splitting of titles.

UAV roof inspections, carbide testing, service tracing and recording are also offered in-house.
